Calnea launches new website for property professionals

Last week saw the launch of Calnea’s brand new property professional’s website. The new site builds upon Calnea’s experience as one of the UK’s leading providers of residential property data.

Speaking about the launch, Managing Director, Selwyn Lim said, ‘We are very proud to announce the unveiling of our new platform for property professionals. We believe that the quality of our data and the usability of our tools will be of real benefit to our users.’

As well as being the official statistical consultancy to HM Land Registry, Calnea provides residential property data services to mortgage lenders, surveyors, estate agents, and a host of other property professionals.

The new website is designed exclusively with the needs of property professionals in mind. Premium users will be able to access :

Individual property search – This allows users to search Calnea’s property database for information on a specific property.

Comparable search- Users will be able to identify comparables properties- using the search filters- to assist them in their valuation work.

Fly by search – Exclusive to Calnea- the Fly-by allows users to look at property data via building outlines overlaid onto aerial imagery.

Assisted valuation – This enables users to produce customised PDF valuation reports by allowing them to: choose the comparables which determine the valuation, add their company logo, and add their own personalised comments.

Customers also have the option of purchasing Calnea’s Automated valuation reports. Calnea’s Automated valuations are approved by Standard & Poor’s and Fitch Ratings.
