Precise Mortgages Goes Live with DPR Solution

New buy-to-let mortgage lender Precise Mortgages is the latest lender to go live with DPR Consulting’s mortgage origination system.

The solution provides brokers with an online portal that includes KFIs, DIPs, paperless applications and full case tracking. The back office suite is fully integrated with a number of external systems including Experian and xit2, and uses process automation and smart task management to maximise efficiency, detailed affordability and compliant underwriting.

Cases are automatically progressed through the system, highlighting issues for additional manual checks to be performed to ensure full compliance and responsible lending.
