Advocacy law firm launches new court service


Nationwide court advocacy solicitors, LPC Law, has extended its services to include attendance at hearings in open court following a successful pilot scheme with several clients.

Rob Burke of LPC Law said: “This service is something clients have been asking about for years so we are delighted to announce the launch. The Fast Track advocacy team are all solicitors and have been with us for many years, having attended thousands of hearings.

“The new service is a natural progression for the team as they bring considerable experience and expertise to court hearings at the next level and can put it to use in more complex cases.”

LPC Fast Track attend hearings and trials in open court including consumer credit, debt and asset recovery, mortgage possession and shortfall, winding up petitions road traffic accident claims and injunctions on a fixed fee, nationwide, basis.

The latest government statistics show that in the 1st quarter of 2012 almost 18,088 cases claims were allocated to the Fast Track.
