Mortgage fraud and professional negligence recoveries seminar, 9am-1pm. Recovering money from fraudulent conveyancers continues to be an important issue for lenders, as they suffer significant losses through mortgage fraud. With impending changes to solicitor client compensation arrangements, and increasing cross-border losses, this seminar will examine the potential impact of regulatory change on recoveries and examines trends and best practice.
