Mortgage complaints conference. With the ombudsman expecting 2012 to be another record year for the number of complaints it receives and resolves, it is essential that mortgage lenders stay ahead of the game. The CML conference will cover key issues including insurer view of MPPI, different approaches by lenders to dealing with MPPI complaints, conducting an MPPI quality assessment, impact of the MMR on complaints, data issues with MPPI, current trends in defences to mortgage repossessions, adopting a LEAN process, IT systems to deal with complaints and outsourcing the complaints function.
