12th October 2011 Keeping pace with potential changes to the social housing sector has been a challenge in 2010. How does the reform of social housing and launch of a new affordable rent model impact on how the sector is funded? This half day event hosted by the CML will provide an up to date picture of market conditions for private finance to the sector including bank lending and the capital markets. We will hear from lenders their views on the opportunities and risks posed by a new model for delivering new affordable housing at higher rents as well as prospects generally for this funding market. Key speakers on regulation and investment will set out their vision for the future and tell us how the new environment impacts on these functions.
