CML: Mortgage arrears and possessions conference.  Discussing the options available to those struggling customers in this interactive and insightful conference. There are two additional training and networking elements. On day one delegates can attend a workshop on dealing with mortgage arrears. This is for customer-facing staff and their managers in ensuring the correct advice is being given to borrowers in difficulty.
