Triple accreditation success for All in Property

All in Property, the UK’s largest independent contracting firm in the repossession and property recycling industry, has obtained three new accreditations - a first for a business in its sector.

The ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and BS OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Standard were undertaken six months ago and all successfully completed within the past month.

ISO 9001 relates to ‘quality’ to ensure a firm is providing the highest service and quality levels possible. OHSAS 18001 is an internationally recognised assessment specification for occupational health and safety management systems and ISO 14001 includes all aspects of environmental issues from ensuring sub-contractors are tipping as per current legislation, through to reducing the business’s carbon footprint.

All in Property believes that obtaining these accreditations will be well received by its lender and asset manager clientele, especially their compliance teams, as this is evidence that they are engaging a company which operates under recognised professional standards and  is committed to best practice such as ‘business continuity planning’.
